Refund policy
At Barker & Browns, all of our items — whether standard sizes or made to measure — are individually handmade, carefully checked, and created to a high standard. However, we understand that occasionally you may need to return an item.
Returns
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition, with no alterations or modifications. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable unless the item is faulty due to a manufacturing issue.
Made to Measure & Personalised Items
Made to measure items are created using the measurements provided at the time of order, so we strongly recommend double checking before purchasing and getting in touch if you’re unsure.
As these items are bespoke, we are unable to offer refunds on made to measure or personalised coats. However, we will always work with you to resolve any issues where possible.
We keep records of all sizing and patterns created, which may be used to review any sizing queries.
Standard Size Items
All standard sizes are clearly listed on each product page. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their dog falls within the stated measurements before ordering.
If you need to exchange a standard size item due to sizing, return and re-delivery postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Alterations
Alterations to bespoke items may be possible and can incur a small charge. This will always be confirmed via email before proceeding.
