Shipping policy

As all items are made to order, turnaround times can be up to 10 weeks. This may vary throughout the year, but we will always display any changes clearly at the top of the website.

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class, which typically takes 1–2 working days once dispatched.

For international orders, delivery times will vary depending on the destination. All international parcels are sent using a tracked service, and shipping costs are calculated based on parcel weight and location.

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes on arrival. These charges are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. Barker & Browns is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs charges, any return costs or fees incurred will be deducted from the refund.
